style=\"color: #800080;\">Welcome to (ICCSA&#8217;2024)<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Following the success of the previous editions of the <strong>International Conference on Computer Science&#8217;s Complex Systems and Their Applications (ICCSA&#8217;16 <\/strong>and<strong> ICCSA&#8217;21)<\/strong>, we are pleased to announce the <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Third International Conference on Computer Sciences&#8217; Complex Systems and Their Applications (ICCSA&#8217;24)<\/strong><\/span>, which will take place at the University of Oum El Bouaghi in Algeria on <strong>November 13 &#8211; 14, 2024<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Conference Objective:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The aim of the <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>ICCSA&#8217;24<\/strong><\/span> conference is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, and industrial professionals from around the world to present their research results and development activities in various fields of complex systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li class=\"mce_icon_openner\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Papers will be reviewed according to the international standards via the Conference Management Toolkit (Microsoft CMT).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reviewing for the <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>ICCSA&#8217;24<\/strong><\/span> Conference is blind to the identities of the authors (<strong>Double-blind review<\/strong>).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Who Can Benefit From Attending (ICCSA&#8217;24)?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Authors are invited and
