This platform facilitates efficient handling of the peer-review process and provides an intuitive interface for both authors and reviewers. Authors can access the submission portal using the following link: Submit via <a href=\"https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/ISBA2025\">CMT<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; --darkreader-inline-color: var(--darkreader-text-000000, #e8e6e3);\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; --darkreader-inline-color: var(--darkreader-text-000000, #e8e6e3);\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">Reviewing for the ISBA\u20192025 Conference is blind to the identities of the authors (<strong>Double-blind review<\/strong>).
