Scientific Description Of The Team’s Research Program
Spintronics = A new research theme which exclusively exploits the properties of electron spin for the design of new nano-components (quantum) candidates for building new nanoelectronics within the framework of nanotechnologies. The areas developed in this area are:
-Mathematical modeling and numerical simulation of transport phenomena in Spintronics
-Simulation of a spin rotation effect transistor. Development and theoretical and numerical study of mathematical models in this field.
In addition to this area, members of our team are interested in the field of electromagnetic pollution.
