Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers through the CMT3 submission system. The initial submission for review will be limited to  08pages, including references, figures, and tables (at least 10pt font, 2-column format). The papers accepted and presented in ICAIAS25 will be published in the conference proceedings.

  • IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates, as well as formatting instructions, are available online on this website.
  • All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, ensuring high-quality contributions to the field.

Publication and Indexing

Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and other major databases.
