Oum Bouaghi University offers a university-based pedagogical space for people who wish to learn, master and\/or excel in a language, either for academic, professional or personal purposes. This center contains six departments: the German Department, the English department, the Chinese Department, the Spanish Department, the French Department, the turkish Department, and the Arabic Department for international students. receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This center contains two annexes, one of which is located at the level of the Faculty of Sciences and applied Sciences -SSA- in Ain El Bayda, and the other is located in Ain Melilla at the level of the Institute of Applied Sciences and Technologies – ISTA-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formation<\/p>\n\n\n\n


CEIL of Oum Bouaghi University was relaunched on 11\/21\/2016. It has a capacity of 2000 learners. Two sessions are held every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The role of the center
– Teaching and promoting foreign languages
– Enabling Algerian students and others to master the basics of foreign languages
– Providing enrichment courses in specialized languages (business administration, law, tourism, etc.)
– Preparing international tests such as ILLETS, TOEFL, DELF, DALF and TCF
– Providing language services to government and private institutions
– Agreements with international universities to ensure the center\u2019s visibility
– Digitizing the center and providing distance learning services for international students
– Schedule of training courses<\/p>\n\n\n\n


CEIL organizes two intensive language training courses per year. The schedule of sessions is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– First fall session: October \u2013 mid-February
– Second spring session: February \u2013 June<\/p>\n\n\n\n
