More precisely, the Doctoral Consortium will provide students with an opportunity to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2500&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Present their research work in a relaxed and supportive environment;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2500&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Receive constructive feedback and advice on their research project,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2500&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Meet and learn from senior academics across diverse disciplines related to the computer sciences field,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2500&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Interact with other PhD students and benefit from a stimulating exchange of ideas within the cohort of participants,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2500&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Discuss broader concerns related to a PhD study and post-PhD pathways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for the Doctoral Consortium, the candidate must be enrolled in the first year of the doctorate within a recognized research institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">TOPICS OF INTEREST<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All aspects of computer science and related fields, including Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences,\u00a0 Computer Vision and Ambient Intelligence,\u00a0 Technology Trends and Control Systems,\u00a0 Networks and Security,\u00a0 Internet of Things, and social innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">DOCTORAL CONSORTIUM REQUIREMENTS AND RULES<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Doctoral Consortium is based on the following requirements and rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2500&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; It is open only to Doctoral Students who have started their research (the candidate must be enrolled in the first year of the doctorate);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2500&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Submissions must have a single author, but the name of the supervisors should be mentioned in the paper (usually in the Acknowledgments section). All submitted materials must be in English<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2500&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Each student with an accepted paper at the Doctoral Consortium must register and attend PAIS 2022;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2500\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Each paper must be presented by the PhD student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2500&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
