1. An application addressed to the rector of the University of Oum el Bouaghi.
2. A copy of the decision of tenure in the MCB grade.
3. A recent certificate of Employment.
4. . A copy of the university degrees obtained,
5. A copy of the doctorate thesis.
6. A curriculum vitae, retracing the different stages of the applicant’s career; (teaching activity, educational responsibility, supervision of dissertations, scientific activity …)
7. A summary of 5 to 10 pages highlighting all of the scientific and pedagogical productions of the candidate.

All the scientific works done by the candidate, of which at least :

1. An article published after the doctoral thesis.
2. A communication in a scientific congress (certificate of participation and summary of the presentation).
3. The totality of the pedagogical productions carried out by the candidate of which at least:

• A handout with pedagogical aim
• A certificate stating that his home university is not entitled to issue University habilitation in his specialty.

For a file from another institution, the candidate must attach:

• A certificate, signed by the head of the department, justifying that the candidate has supervised at least one Master dissertation (attach the cover page and the minutes of the defense).
