Program Description

 1-Conditions for joining the law major

2- Objective of the training:

The training system in the Bachelor of Laws Division aims to form in depth the student’s knowledge with regard to the basic knowledge of law, as there is a basic formation that includes 04 hexagons, then the student chooses one of the specializations Private Law or Public Law

Basic formation: This composition includes four 04 semesters, where the student must form in the following standards:

1-First: Semester

Introduction to legal sciences (theory of law) – constitutional law – administrative law – methodology of legal sciences – history of regulations – international community, foreign language.

2-The second semester: introduction to legal sciences (theory of right) – constitutional law – administrative law – introduction to Islamic law – political economy – foreign language

3-The third: Semester

Civil law (sources of commitment, commitments) – Commercial law (merchant, business) Legal science methodology

Public International Law – Family Law (Marriage and Divorce – Foreign Language (Legal Terminology)

4-Fourth Semester: Civil Law (Provisions of Commitment Obligations – Civil and Administrative Procedures Law – Methodology of Legal Sciences

(Techniques of Scientific Research Preparation 2) – Human Rights – Labor Law – Foreign Language (Legal Terminology)

Or with regard to the third year, it includes two hexagons 03 that include several measures

5-Fifth Semester

Article: Private Contracts

Education goals:

Enabling the student to identify the concept of named contracts by studying the provisions of the sale contract and the provisions of the lease contract, as they are the most important legal actions on which financial transactions are based.

Article trading companies

Education goals:

Enabling the student to get acquainted with the company contract by studying the provisions of the concept of the company contract, its legal nature and distinction, as well as its pillars, along with studying the types of commercial companies and their expiry cases.

Education Jules Enabling the student to study the science of impositions as one of the sciences related to the rulings of death, knowing those who are entitled to inheritance, determining the share of each heir in the estate, and how to root and correct issues

Education goals:

Enabling the student to study the methods of proof that he relies on in proving the disputed incident and knowing the authoritativeness of each evidence stipulated in the civil law, on the one hand. And knowing the methods of implementation stipulated in the Civil Procedure Code in order to fulfill his right.

Enabling the student to study the provisions related to nationality, how it is acquired, the cases of its forfeiture, the knowledge of the legal status of foreigners, and how foreign judgments are implemented in Algeria.

Enabling the student to study intellectual property rights and the legal protection prescribed for them

Enabling the student to study the provisions of the insurance contract, its types, and the bodies that supervise the regulation of the insurance market

Enabling the student to study the issues of maritime law and the provisions related to the ship and the insurances related to it, as well as the study of marine sales.

After completing the study of these 06 semesters, the student can, after obtaining the required credits, obtain a Bachelor’s degree in private law. Which qualifies him to work in the administrative field, to continue his studies in the second phase, or to move towards judicial work, whether as a lawyer or the judiciary, if he succeeds in the competition.
