Program Description
1-The objectives of the formation:
This project aims to train students in everything related to private law and business law, and highlights the importance of this specialization in the legal study of economic activities, especially since the Algerian state is in dire need of such specialization from both its academic and professional sides.
• Enabling students who did not have the opportunity to pursue post-graduation studies, to integrate professionally by virtue of the nature of specialization (business law).
2. Targeted Qualifications and Capabilities
• Ability to deal with legal texts, especially within the framework of specialization.
• Ability to read and analyze legal thought, jurisprudence and legal advice.
• Ability to deal with the legal institution, various public institutions of an administrative nature, as well as economic and judicial bodies
• Adjust scientific research tools and techniques and identify sources of information
3- Regional and national capacities capable of employing university degree holders:
• Elimination.

• National Security Sector and Gendarmerie.
• Administration (central, local) and public administrative, economic, professional and social institutions. on Bridges towards other disciplines:
After the first semester, the student can move flexibly to other disciplines in the Division of Law that look into specializations: administration, finance, public international law, private disputes, private international law, business criminal law, and business law due to the great similarity in the materials and vocabulary of the common trunk. For all of these proposals, as well as those in effect, which are considered basic materials in the course of formation, and the exploratory materials in the first and second semesters are considered bridges towards the close disciplines (private disputes) related to aspiration and identification of the branch of private law.
4-Training follow-up indicators:
– The indicators of project follow-up depend mainly on good training in the four semesters. There is no doubt that the careful training that will recruit the best and most qualified professors for it will provide the student with the most important knowledge, and make his basic training allow him with certainty to move to the doctoral stage in the midst of the same specialization, in More accurate and focused materials in line with the legal, social and economic realities of living.
5- In this context, the project is being monitored through:
– Scientific forums organized for the benefit of students of specialization by researchers specialized in administrative law.
– Research submitted by students in directed works.
– Field trainings to be programmed later in local public administrations, financial and economic institutions, and judicial bodies.
