Organizational Structure of the General Secretariat
The structure of the General Secretariat of the University ensures the proper functioning of the services of the general administration of the University. The General Secretariat of the University includes four (04) directions and two (02) service offices as indicated below:

The General registry Office ensures the delivery of incoming and outgoing mail to the university.

The Internal Security Bureau allows:
- Reception and orientation;
- Maintaining the internal security of the university;
- The protection of property and people within the university.
